Shipping Policies

Our aim is to offer you superior shipping choices, regardless of your location. We deliver to numerous global customers daily, always striving to provide top-notch services.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time
  • Transportation time

Shipments within the United States:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping

We know that when you place an order, you hope to obtain the equipment as soon as possible, and we will do our best to achieve this goal! Most of the products we sell will be shipped quickly and delivered to your doorstep.

These products will ship within 1-2 business days, but if you choose expedited shipping, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before your order ships. If you need urgent delivery, we will choose the fastest logistics delivery and usually deliver it to your delivery address within 7 days.

Most shipments within the 48 neighboring states use UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac as carriers.

Rest of the United States:

(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands have slightly higher fees. For other fee information, please refer to the checkout page and fill in your address to view)

EU, UK, Canada use air express service and can choose standard shipping and expedited shipping.

International Orders:

Orders shipped to areas outside Europe/the United States/Canada will be transported by other logistics methods. Usually we use air transportation to ensure complete and accurate delivery of orders. You can check the relevant shipping costs after entering the address on the checkout page, and we will calculate the shipping cost based on Real-time logistics price quotation related costs.

Shipping Changes:

Shipping changes after the order has shipped (such as interceptions, address changes, and call pickup requests) are not always possible (depending on the carrier). If a change of address request is accepted, there may be associated fees paid to the logistics company for each package. T1RacingParts reserves the right to refuse requests at any time.

Parcel Rejected:

If you choose to reject a package, T1RacingParts may deduct any fees incurred as a result of the rejection. These fees will be deducted from the refund owed so that once the item is received and processed, you will receive the total amount minus the rejection/return to sender fee. This applies to US, European and International orders. If you have questions, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team or return authorization.

PO Boxes:

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

Delivery Policy:

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Backorders:

T1RacingParts.com does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods:

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact T1RacingParts Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but T1RacingParts will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
