Return Policy:

What items can be returned?
1.Within 30 days after the order date
2. Products can be resold
3. Unused or undamaged

This is to ensure that we do not return used items to our inventory for sale to other customers.So we require the product to be unused or undamaged, and the packaging or labels to be intact.

The refund will be returned to your original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we will contact you to negotiate a refund account. After the return arrives at our distribution center, it may take 1 to 3 business days to process the refund.

Return Freight:

We accept return or exchange shipping fees for products with defects or malfunctions.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs due to reasons such as product no longer needed or ordering errors.
International orders are subject to order conditions.

Order Cancellation / Modifications:

If you change your mind or accidentally place an order, act quickly! We are happy to help you with your order, we turn around and process orders very quickly, so please contact us promptly.

Orders can only be modified or canceled if the order status is marked "Not Shipped." Once an order has a "shipped" status, it cannot be canceled or modified because the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the shipping queue.

Exchange:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email or via the contact page and do not return unauthorized products through the returns process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly.
Received a defective product?
Received the wrong product?
The product you received is not as described?

If you receive a product from us with the above issues, please keep the product and packaging. Then contact us and take photos of your package and items and we will investigate, provide a solution and send out any replacements needed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and don't worry, we'll help you.

Warranty Procedure:

We manually inspect each product before shipping to ensure it is in good condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
1) Send an email to customer support providing your name, order number, and problem description:
2) Attach evidence (photo or video) showing the defect described.
3) Our team will verify and contact you as soon as possible.
4) If the problem is caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects, please don't worry, we will take care of it.

Please understand that due to the nature of the product, warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 3 days of product delivery.
Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered by the product warranty.
