Item Exchange Process
1. Submit a RequestClick the "Submit Request" button below and fill out the form.
2. Receive Return Authorization (RA)
Receive the Return Authorization (RA) form with the accurate return address and shipping label (may take 24-72 hours).
3. Ship Back
Print the provided UPS shipping label and RA form.
Affix the label on the outside of the box.
4. Receive Replacement
Once we receive the item, your replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
What Can I Exchange?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased product, we are happy to exchange it for a brand new/unused product within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in a brand new condition and in the original packaging (do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In case of cosmetic issues, providing pictures of defects or damages may be necessary to process your request.
What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental United States, if the return is not due to an error by T1racingparts, the original shipping cost per item and a $9.9 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided.
We accept returns for shipments outside the continental U.S., international, and non-mainland U.S. However, return shipping coordination is the customer's responsibility. If there is an error on T1racingparts' part, a return shipping label will be provided.
